To contact Rocke Solid Marine TV with your ideas, feedback, or questions:

My partner Jackie and I make it a point to have constant contact with the users of our products.  We are proud of what we build and even prouder when you tell us how much it helps you out!  If you had a problem, we’d sure want to know about it, since building a rickety rack wouldn’t make usfeel good about ourselves.  We design our products with the user in mind.

Rick Scriven:

I am a retired recon marine of twenty years.  After serving, I spent 11 years with Zodiac, where I met my current business partner Jackie Dolch (she’d been there 15 years).  Over my last four years with the United States Marine Corps, I’d become, at least in my mind, Jackie’s favorite customer.

We founded Rocke Solid in 2007 with a broad goal: building the best equipment possible to improve the activity of the military boater.  We’ ve succeeded with the design of the Outboard Engine Maintenance Rack, which, between the OEMR and it’s accessories, has capabilities unmatched by any other tools in the industry.

We’re constantly looking to improve the performance and overall experiences of the military mariner – to help however we can; whether by offering tips, creating a video to help a user through a scenario, or even going as far as creating a whole new device to help users through a particular obstacle.  That’s what ROCKE SOLID MARINE TV is all about.

Jackie Dolch:

While Jackie manages all of our government contracts through GSA, she also maintains strong verbal relationships with our customers.  We strive to maintain a support for our customers, so they know we’re there to assist, improve, and innovate based on their needs.

In addition, Jackie makes sure that I don’t drop the ball.  She keeps an eye on me, while keeping an eye on everything else.  This quality of hers is also what fuels the Curse Jar – which is always growing.  Every time I have “a moment” and let a four-letter word slip out, Jackie makes me pay up.  Literally.   $1 per curse word… The good thing is that each dollar that we put in the Curse Jar is donated to a good cause.  Our very first emptying of the jar was for a fundraiser for the family of Troy Mitchell, USMC. (See post about it on www.rockesolidmarinetv.com).  We will continue to do this until I quit cussing, which, let’s face it, won’t be any time soon.

Rocke Solid Marine has given Jackie and I the freedom to support the same military / Para-military boat users we were working with at Zodiac, while additionally trying to solve other problems that might pop up for them.

We wanted to focus directly on military mariners and first responders, and the things we wished we had when we were in these very situations.

Here’s a great example:  The military needed an outboard motor that could also burn jet fuel.  This was a great idea, but was really heavy!  When we left Zodiac, we developed the very first RACK to solve that problem and help users transport these engines.

So basically – we want to help solve problems.  If we don’t have something to fix it, we’ll make it!  Just ask!
